Remodeled.

Kaylyn is rock star. I am not too good at keeping up on things because of my back so projects are just out of the question. I can't do it. Kaylyn wanted to paint her room for a YW project as well as create a smooth ceiling for her. She did it. Mostly on her own. Katie was in the room but I'm not sure how much she helped. I helped a little with the polka dots. Dane and Kaylyn put up the crown molding. Now that was a lot so imagine how amazingly pleased I was when Kaylyn kept going and going.....She did Katie's room. She painted it aqua and cleared off the ceiling again. Dane helped again with the crown molding. Katie and Thomas switched rooms. Instead of keeping Thomas in a pink room Kaylyn picked out an deep orange as an accent wall and painted stripes on the ceiling. Again, she did most of the work. Unreal. Unbelievable. She painted 3 out of 4 weekends in September. My heart is so grateful. We all felt off when we painted Thomas' room and moved Katie in. We all sat and missed Thomas. We were off for a week. It wasn't until we had Thomas' room settled did we feel better. The chance of Thomas spending a great amount of time in there is slim since he's gone for two years but our home is complete knowing he has a room. Plus Grandma Sue likes orange so she'll be right at home when she comes. Kaylyn is truly amazing and I'm glad she's mine. You'll have to come by and see. I don't have completed room pic's.
