Always an eventful day. Kaylyn loves her birthday. This year we combined the girls presents and got them tickets to see Taylor Swift. Kaylyn had a pretty good idea so we tried tricking her. We wrapped up a big box, filled it with RED balloons and tied the tickets to ribbons. Kaylyn was so thrilled. Katie was sure the box was a computer that she didn't grasp that fact that she will see Taylor Swift on Friday. We're super excited. I think Katie will be excited once we're there.
After that we had soccer games to attend . Thomas scored! Kaylyn brought cupcakes to her games, and I with my back sat through both games. A minor accomplishment. Kaylyn has a dear friend Jenny who spent the whole day with us. It was a true act of friendship. What a great friends. We're blessed.
Once we were home after the games we headed to BridgeStreet for a movie and dinner. We finished the night with an ice cream cake. My sweet thing wanted me to be able to eat it too. It was a busy birthday. The way my birthday girl likes them.
Kaylyn is such an amazing young lady. Hard to believe she is 14. She had a great birthday. We're so glad to have her with us.
