Weekend Band trip.

Kaylyn's band had a trip to Pigeon Forge last weekend. Kaylyn really wanted to go but the band was staying over a Sunday. We wanted to honor the Sabbath so we went up there too. We, meaning everyone but Thomas. He couldn't miss any more days of school. Kaylyn followed the band itinerary than we brought her home late Saturday night. She had a blast and so did we. Here are our adventures.

It was fun having just the little two with us. We were able to carter to them. Plus their little personalities shined. No fear as far as going on stage is concerned. The Comedy Barn up there is a family favorite.  You know what's coming and you laugh till it hurts.

My favorite place to stay....Hampton Inn. It also happened to be where Kaylyn was too. 

We got off the beaten path and enjoyed the beautiful Smokies. Oh, it's so pretty.

A run in with Kaylyn. She was off to Dollywood and we were swimming at the hotel pool.

We went mining for gems. I love it. We found lots of beautiful ones. We made 3 pieces of jewelry for each of the girls. We just have to wait for a special occasion to receive them.

I'm ready for next time. I love this place. Always so much to do and always so much fun.
