Super Moon.

I heard that we were having a "super moon" on Saturday. I was so excited. I had vision of a Star Wars moon. Huge, orange, right on the horizon.....perfect for some amazing silhouette shots. I had such high hopes. We took the family to the field I picked out and we waited. Then we waited some more. We saw a beautiful sunset but no moon rise. Thanks to cloud cover by the time we spotted it, it was already way above the horizon. So my amazing shots will wait till next time. Hopefully I'll figure it out. But it was fun being out and about with my family.
