Kaylyn's day

From the time Kaylyn was little birthdays are a BIG deal. It comes from me. I've always tried to make it her day. This year was no exception. But by the end of the day I have tears in my eyes for the gifts she gives me. What a blessing she is. My first daughter, a gift from God. I love her through and through.

Sister love early in the morning. Only one gift from us this year. A Nook for our reader. She's in heaven.
Her cake. I was so pleased with how cute it was until Thomas came home and asked me why I made Kaylyn a cow cake. Seriously, a cow cake?! Oh, well. I thought it was festive.
Now just some pictures of my girl.

Kaylyn wants everyone to know it's her birthday without saying a word. So last year my friend Carrie enlightened my mind and showed me her girls cute shirts. So this year I made one. Now I do believe we have a tradition. Kaylyn loves it.
The girls went and got our toes done after school. That was fun for all expect Tyler. He sat in the waiting chair trying to figure out why it was fun.
My Mom sent her this beautiful bracelet. It represents the values of the Young Woman program in our church. I love it.
Best friends.
Cheddar's cookie.
A sweet surprise from the Beehives. Yummy.
Cookies, cupcakes and cake oh my.
We watched Thor and stayed up a little late. I bet she's still upstairs reading. But it's her day and I'm OK with that. I love this one of mine. She's a keeper.
