Last time.

Hooray for our Thomas. He has spent a lot of time with his science fair project over the last few months. Yesterday was the end. It was the State Competition. Lucky for us it was here in Huntsville. What a nice young man.
Here we are picking up the project. He was a little sad as there was no visible award. But I reaffirmed to him how awesome it was for him to make it this far. Dane and him headed to a banquet and awards for the night. And when I say night I mean it. They got home at 10. And he came home with an trophy. He won "Best Scientific Achievement". Here he is with his awards.
He was thrilled and so were we. Way to go Tiger. Here is a picture of his award.

This was a lot of work on Thomas and us, his parents. But through it all we had a motto. "Opportunity knocks but once." We worked hard so we could experience this. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and the overall experience. But I am also glad it is over. Yeah for that and yeah for Thomas.
